Our professional process begins once the client confirms our services as their event manager. It could be months, weeks, or even days before the event.

Following confirmation, our first step is to finalise the event layout, printing design, and other details especially if you are in Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur. 

We will liaise with suppliers to place orders for the necessary equipment, decoration, backdrop, and catering, or other services. We must ensure that everything is ordered in accordance with the quotation.

As your professional team, it is our responsibility to insure that the client’s event has adequate equipment, including additional chairs and tables, while staying within budget. 

 

All of these activities are intended to increase event attendance and public awareness of the event. At times, our clients will require last-minute amendments or special requests. It could be a day or night before the event, or even a few hours before the event begins. However, we never failed to meet our client’s expectations. Passion is constantly working to provide the best event experience for our clients.

Prior to the event, it is important to conduct a rehearsal especially for events such as dinners or product launching. Our team will be on hand to assist our client with the flow.
